Train with an adjustable instability proprioceptive box. A brilliantly compact, Italian designed, balance trainer. Build your balance with SWING by Lite®. A must-have for trainers, athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and people in recovery or physical therapy .
The SWING is the proprioceptive plyo-box that allows you to perform monopodal exercises with instability perturbations produced by horizontal oscillations of the surface.
The SWING consists of two surfaces connected to each other through special chains that allow the oscillation of one surface over the other.
Thanks to the uniqueness of the LITE® mechanism, it is possible to adjust the oscillation of the platform so as to customize the training difficulty according to the person.
The versatile design and the quick oscillation swing adjustment system make the SWING suitable for any type of exercise and athlete/patient.
KEY FEATURES
-
The oscillation can be easily adjusted by turning the knob.
-
Innovative design allows complete freedom of movement on each side.
-
Mobility - easy to transport.
-
The instability is independent of the deformation of the surface and requires a rebalancing of the centre of mass that is not only modulated through the ankle joint.
