DJI BS100 Intelligent Battery Station for Matrice 400

Enterprise Power Management with DJI BS100

The DJI BS100 Intelligent Battery Station serves as the primary power hub for the Matrice 400 ecosystem, providing high-efficiency charging and maintenance for multiple flight batteries and remote controller cells.

This all-in-one station features a 40A maximum output at 240V, allowing for rapid Fast Charging Mode that minimizes downtime between missions.

With its robust, wheeled design and wide operating temperature range, the BS100 is essential for enterprise teams using the Matrice 400 requiring reliable power in the field.

Battery station features

• Rapid Fast Charging: Charges TB100 batteries to 100% in 45 minutes.
• Extreme climate readiness: Automatic battery warming for temperatures as low as -20°C.
• Versatile device support: Dedicated ports for TB100, WB37, and USB-C devices.
• Smart battery maintenance: Standard Mode sequentially charges battery cells to 100%.
• Field-ready portability: Heavy-duty case with new 360-degree movement wheels.
• Low-noise operation: Silent Mode reduces noise levels to approximately 36 dB.
• Detailed status feedback: LED indicators and audible buzzers for error notification.
• Broad voltage input: Global compatibility with 100-240 V AC power supplies.

High energy charging and specialized design

The BS100 features a massive 40A output capability when used with 180-240V power sources, enabling Fast Charging Mode to deliver unmatched speeds for large-scale operations.

The internal architecture includes three dedicated slots for TB100 batteries and two for WB37 batteries, ensuring each type receives the specific voltage required for safe, rapid power restoration.

For maximum durability, the station includes a power switch for safe startup and a diagnostic USB-C port for deep system analysis through DJI Pilot 2.

Tactical power charging for search and rescue

In time-sensitive scenarios, the BS100 allows teams to cycle through battery sets rapidly using Ready-to-Fly Mode, which focuses on getting batteries to a 90% charge state to get drones back in the air sooner.

The station automatically detects which battery has the most remaining energy and charges it first, providing a flight-ready set in the shortest time possible.

This tactical approach ensures that critical data collection and life-saving missions are never grounded by logistical power delays.

System integration and platform connectivity

• Optimized for TB100 Intelligent Flight and TB100C Tethered batteries.
• Dual WB37 battery ports for remote controller power management.
• USB-C connectivity for remote controller charging and firmware updates.
• Onboard LED status monitoring for every individual battery port.
• App-based error diagnostics through DJI Pilot 2 integration.
• Automatic firmware consistency checks for all connected battery hardware.

Field-ready mission use cases

• Disaster relief: Rapid charging in remote and unstable zones.
• Security operations: Continuous aerial rotations using sequential battery charging.
• Site surveys: Powering multiple remote controllers and batteries simultaneously.
• Sub-zero operations: Using automatic heating to prevent battery damage.
• Indoor inspections: Engaging Silent Mode to avoid disturbing nearby personnel.
• Global deployment: Operating across various electrical grids with wide AC input.
• Fleet management: Consolidating maintenance and firmware updates in one hub.
• Logistics tracking: Viewing detailed battery health information via USB-C connection.

Engineered for enterprise performance

The BS100 is engineered for high-duty cycles, with internal terminals designed for reliable use even after hundreds of field deployments.

Thermal dissipation is managed through a powerful ventilation system; the cover must remain open during charging to prevent overheating.

By providing a stable, insulated environment for high-wattage charging, the BS100 protects your significant investment in Matrice 400 battery technology while ensuring reliable performance at every launch.
