Free freight to the lower 48. Your Dreampod ships free via ABF or UPS Freight to any address in the contiguous 48 states.

When it ships. Orders ship within 48 hours of payment, and delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days from the ship date depending on your location. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Float pods may be built to order. The V2, Vmax, Sport, Home Float Pro, Home Float Plus and Mineral Soaker may be made to order, so call (888) 500-5675 before ordering to confirm current availability and an estimated ship date.

How it arrives. Everything ships as oversized freight on a pallet. The carrier contacts you to schedule an appointment, so respond promptly: missed attempts can mean storage fees or the item being returned at your expense.

Standard delivery is curbside and the driver will not bring it inside or help with installation. Liftgate service is not included as standard, so call before you order if you need the shipment lowered from the truck.

If it arrives damaged. Walk around the shipment and check every box before signing the delivery receipt. Cosmetic damage can be accepted, but if a carton is punctured or crushed, refuse that item and call us on (888) 500-5675 while the driver is still there.

Note the damage on the Bill of Lading, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. Once the damage is documented we can file a valid freight claim and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Where it ships. Free freight covers standard residential curbside delivery in the contiguous 48. Alaska, Hawaii and anywhere outside the contiguous states are handled case by case.

How long. Dream Water Ltd.'s limited warranty runs from the date of retail purchase by the original owner. Fiberglass construction is covered for 2 years, inflatable PVC for 6 months, and the pump, chiller unit, filtration system and control systems for 1 year.

Which is which. Fiberglass models include V2, Vmax, Sport, Home Float Pro, Ice Bath and Cold Plunge Barrel. Inflatable PVC includes FLEX versions of Home Float, Ice Bath and Cold Plunge Barrel.

What is covered. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Dreampod repairs with new or refurbished parts, or exchanges for a functionally equivalent unit.

What is not. Alterations or repairs by anyone other than a Dreampod representative, non-approved components, accident, abuse or misuse, natural disasters, and use outside the product's intended purpose.

Mineral Soaker. Warranty terms for this model are not in the published policy, so contact us before ordering for written terms.

30 days from delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including all original packaging, components and accessories.

What a return costs. A 20 percent restocking fee may be deducted from your refund, and you are also responsible for the cost of return freight.

Damaged on arrival. If you documented the damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We handle the freight claim and arrange a replacement.

Cancelling before it ships. Contact us immediately. Before submitting your order to the manufacturer there is no fee. After submission but before shipping, an administrative fee may apply.

To start a return. Email or call (888) 500-5675 with your order number and proof of purchase. Do not ship anything back until we confirm the return is authorized.

Once Dreampod receives and inspects it, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
