Golden Designs Carinthia GDI-8123-01 Outdoor Hybrid Sauna with 8.0 kW Stove (3 Person)

Bring true heat-choice flexibility to your backyard routine with the Golden Designs Carinthia GDI-8123-01 outdoor hybrid sauna—a 3-person cabin built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock and designed to run either Full Spectrum infrared heat or a traditional 8.0 kW stove. With a bronze privacy tempered glass door, integrated lighting features, and modern audio connectivity, Carinthia is built for owners who want a dedicated outdoor wellness space that can match different session styles, day-to-day preferences, and comfort targets.

Carinthia is a dual-mode design: choose traditional stove heat when you want a classic hot-room experience, or switch to Full Spectrum infrared when you prefer radiant heat. The Full Spectrum system uses 8 total emitters—2 Carbon PureTech™ Near Zero EMF heating panels plus 6 near infrared heating elements—to provide an infrared option alongside the stove. For traditional sessions, the sauna’s stove is rated at 8.0 kW with built-in controls. Temperature guidance is clearly defined: the traditional mode lists an ideal range of 170–185°F with the sauna capable of heating up to 190°F, while the Full Spectrum infrared mode lists an ideal range of 118–132°F with the sauna capable of heating up to 140°F.

Designed specifically for outdoor placement, the Carinthia includes details that matter once it’s installed outside. The exterior is finished in a waterproof stain, and the sauna is specified for outdoor use. The build is sized to create real interior seating room for up to three people, while keeping the overall footprint practical for patios and backyard pads. Inside, the experience is enhanced by an Interior Chromotherapy Color Lighting System plus a Red Light Therapy feature, along with built-in performance speakers for music, podcasts, or guided sessions. Control and connectivity are integrated via an interior LED control panel that includes a built-in FM station and Bluetooth connection.

Golden Designs focuses on building a broad range of home well-being products, including FAR infrared and Full Spectrum designs, with an emphasis on easy assembly, wood construction, and after-sales support. The brand has operated since 2008 and produces its own line of sauna products intended for home wellness setups where owners want consistent features, clear specifications, and straightforward operation. If you’re building a backyard routine around heat sessions, Carinthia is aimed at households that want one outdoor cabin that can support two distinct heat styles without changing rooms or adding separate equipment.

What arrives is the complete cabin system, packaged for delivery in multiple cartons; the Carinthia ships in 9 boxes and includes core accessories such as a sandglass, bucket, and scoop. If you want a single outdoor sauna that supports both radiant Full Spectrum sessions and higher-heat traditional sessions, Carinthia offers a purpose-built hybrid approach with defined performance targets, integrated lighting, and modern in-room audio connectivity—all in a three-person format.
